Returns & Refunds
At Flower Power Holistics we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If however you are not 100% happy or you have simply just changed your mind and you wish to return an item then please follow the simple steps below.
Items must be returned within 28 days of purchase in an unopened, unused saleable condition. Proof of purchase will be required. Please send a photograph if your item arrives damaged or faulty. If you have experienced an allergic reaction to a product sold by Flower Power Holistics you must provide a doctor’s certificate.
- Step 1) Get in touch by emailing lisa@flowerpowerholistics.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Step 2) Post your item back within 28 days of purchase using standard delivery.
- Step 3) Your refund will be completed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note you are responsible for arranging the return and the return postage cost. It is advisable to keep hold of your proof of return postage until you have received your full refund.
