Treatments
A full consultation will be carried out in advance of your treatment to determine the treatment is personalised and suitable for you.
Specific medical conditions may require a doctors letter of approval. Treatment will not be given under any circumstances if the therapist requires a doctors letter. This is for insurance purposes and to ensure you receive the best treatment at all times.
Booking fees and cancellations
A 50% booking fee must be paid at the time of booking the appointment to secure the appointment time. The booking fee is non refundable, however, any cancellations with a minimum of 48 hours notice will have the booking fee carried over to the next appointment. It will be at the discretion of Flower Power Holistics if the booking fee is carried over to the next appointment if a minimum of 48 hours has not been provided.
Offers and Discounts
Any offers for products and services are subject to availability. For treatment offers advanced booking is recommended. Flower Power Holistics reserve the right to withdraw any offers without notice at any time.
Gift vouchers
Flower Power Holistics gift vouchers will contain a monetary value or treatment service and will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
